HCF is Fosterville Gold Mine’s corporate health insurance plan which provides access to excellent hospital and extras cover. Fosterville Gold Mine will also reimburse the applicable excess if employees or their immediate family members are admitted to hospital.
Life doesn’t always go smoothly and that’s why FGM has partnered with TELUS Health to offer free 24/7 confidential counselling for you and your immediate family when you need it. The program also includes wellness programs, exercise programs and other perks.
The ESPP is an annual commitment of no more than 10% of your basic annual salary before deductions, with your contribution to be matched by the company for an amount equal to 50% of your contributions.
